after the ceremony

headed to this huge chateau in the middle of now where

200 odd guests were invited i think

the couple arrive

didn’t realize but we would be eating for the nxt 5 hours at these tables!!!

seating arrangement is a big deal at these events

the menu for the day

was a scroll that went on an on! ( no jokes)

a warm up of bubbly and aperitivo’s ( no time to take pictures)

buffet tables full of cheese, breads, fruits and all sorts of meats & fish

got warning from frnds not to go overboard

there was a LOT of food that day

with this guy around you are guaranteed to feast like a king

this man takes his food very seriously 🙂

breaks between meals were a blessing

and so were these lemon sorbetto’s

helped keep the food down

fancy n crazy good meat and potatoes

cafe and loads of digestif shots / grappa to the rescue

oh yes! confetti sweets stuffed with amaretto n other goodies

partied all through
